- Entrance Exam
- Sunday, November 2, 2025, 1 pm

- Early Decision Deadline November 15, 2025
- Applicants with complete files (including applications, entrance exam results, recommendation forms, transcripts, interview records, and shadow day participation) by November 15, 2025, will be notified of admission decisions the week of December 15, 2025.
- Tuition Assistance Applications Open November 1, 2025
- The tuition assistance application is administered by the National Association of Independent Schools, School and Student Service (NAIS SSS). The Gregory School requires that families seeking assistance complete a Parent Financial Statement (PFS), which is the official application provided by SSS.
- Admission Information Night January 14, 2026,
- Middle School Presentation: 5:30–6:30 PM
- Upper School Presentation: 6:30–7:30 PM
- Join us for our Admissions Information Night to learn about The Gregory School’s dynamic programs for Middle School (Grades 5–8) and Upper School (Grades 9–12). You’ll hear from our Head of School, Division Directors, and faculty, as well as a panel of students, parents, and alumni who will share their experiences and insights.
- During the evening, we’ll walk you through the admissions timeline, outline the steps to apply, and introduce our upcoming Affordability Workshop.
- Regular Decision Deadline February 1, 2026
- Applicants with complete applications received by February 1 will receive their admission decision on February 28, 2025.
- Tuition Assistance Deadline February 28, 2026
- For maximum consideration, Parent Financial Statements (PFS) must be submitted through NAIS SSS by this date. Applications received after the deadline will be considered and reviewed, pending funding availability.
